TaQuevious “TQ” Rice serves as the Executive Director at Willow Ridge Memory Care and brings several years of experience in healthcare and senior living leadership. His passion for the field comes from a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while creating an environment where residents feel safe, respected, valued, and at home. TQ especially enjoys building relationships with residents and their families, learning residents’ unique personalities, and seeing them smile and enjoy their day. His favorite part of Willow Ridge is the family-oriented atmosphere and the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team that truly cares about the residents they serve. TQ holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology , A Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Health Administration (DHA). His areas of expertise include senior living operations, team leadership, regulatory compliance, resident and family relations, census development, and staff development. Outside of work, TQ enjoys spending time with family and friends, grilling, playing pickleball, traveling, and continuing to grow personally and professionally. He believes strong leadership begins with compassion, consistency, and treating every resident as you would want your own loved one to be treated.

Lavonna “Von” Bynum serves as the Business Office Coordinator, bringing dedication, organization, and professionalism to the daily operations of the community. With experience in administrative support, customer service, scheduling, record management, and team coordination, Von plays an important role in ensuring business office functions remain organized, efficient, and responsive to the needs of residents, families, staff, and leadership. Known for her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, Von approaches each day with a dependable and solutions-focused mindset. She takes pride in creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere while helping residents and families feel supported and valued. For Von, being part of senior living is about more than managing the business side of the community—it is also about building relationships and contributing to an environment where residents and their families feel at home. Outside of work, Von enjoys spending quality time with her grandchildren, staying active by working out, and spending time with her beloved fur baby, Milo.

As an Activity Director, my passion is creating meaningful moments, bringing smiles, and making every day a little brighter for our residents. I plan and lead activities that encourage social interaction, creativity, movement, memories, and laughter. From arts and crafts, games, music, cooking, and celebrations to outings, special events, and community visits, I work hard to make sure our residents have opportunities to stay engaged and feel connected. Working at Willow Ridge Memory Care is more than planning activities—it’s about getting to know each resident, understanding what brings them joy, and creating experiences that are meaningful to them. I advocate for our residents, build relationships with families and community partners, coordinate volunteers and donations, and continuously look for new ways to enrich their lives. My goal is simple: to create moments worth remembering and make our residents feel valued, loved, and included every single day. Being an Activity Director is not just a job—it’s a privilege, a responsibility, and something I truly love.
